Spring City Resort - Taipei

I booked a mini private hot spring through Klook and it was a cozy experience. The amenities provided were great, including bath/face towel, hair dryer, and shower bath. The service was good and the shuttle bus schedule was convenient.

It was very clean in the hotel. Every place we wanted to visit including plum garden beitou was just walking distance from this property

The hotspring pools, helpful staff, wide selection of breakfast, nice hot spring spaces, in-room hot spring bath design, polite staff.

We had a wonderful stay. The hot spring in the room was fantastic, and we loved having robes and slippers to use at the communal hot spring pools outside. The hotel facilities were top notch with an excellent outdoor spa, and the shuttle bus was convenient and always on time. the staff was very friendly. They were very good by ensuring that the rooms were VERY CLEAN, and the chef was hospitable and made delicious food. We especially enjoyed the sandwiches that were made for us!

It is situated near a train station, which is convenient for those who want to explore around. Guests can easily take the shuttle bus to get to the station. the Japanese-style restaurant offers good quality food. Rooms come with amenities such as a hot spring bath or private hot spring bath. the gym is nice and easy to use.

The shuttle bus service can be unreliable with mobility difficulties.

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel! The outdoor hot springs were absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of pools and temperatures to choose from. The peaceful atmosphere in the morning made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The buffet breakfast had an extensive selection to satisfy all tastes, including options from Taiwanese, Japanese, and Western cuisines. The quality of the food was top-notch and left me feeling satisfied and energized for the day ahead.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The level of luxury and comfort provided, along with the exceptional service, surpassed all my expectations.

During Christmas, we had a great experience at a hot spring resort in Beitou. The facilities had a wide range of pools and temperature options, which catered to everyone's preferences. They provided towels, flip-flops, and shower caps, making it easy and convenient to enjoy the hot springs. The resort also provided a free shuttle service to and from the nearby station, which was a plus.

The food at the resort was overpriced and did not meet our expectations. The service in the restaurant was also not as good as we had hoped.

The hot spring resort I stayed in during my city trip was an amazing experience! the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of food options that catered to all dietary needs. the hot spring pools on site were pristine and truly relaxing, with a variety of temperatures to choose from. Lastly, the hotel provided shuttle services to nearby attractions, which made it easy to explore the city.

A few small issues I encountered were the cold swimming pool water in November and the lack of a comfortable lounge area outside of the bedroom. the shuttle service could have been improved with the addition of an electric step for elderly and children to board safely, and better communication about shuttle timings.
